Is the audit really free? Will you keep calling me?

Yes, it's free, and there's no obligation to hire us. You can simply keep the summary. We send it once with an offer to talk, and only follow up if you ask us to.

How long does it take?

Starter sites take 5–7 workdays and Business sites 10–15 workdays, counted from when we have your content. Custom projects get a timeline in the proposal.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, photos and the basic details of your business. We'll draft the copy with you. If something's missing, we'll tell you exactly what.

Can you redesign my current website?

Yes. We can rebuild your current site or start from scratch, keeping what works and fixing what doesn't.

Do you work with businesses outside Korea?

Yes. We work in English and Korean, and your proposal sets out the currency, time zone and payment method.

How does payment work?

Usually 50% to start and 50% after you approve the site, before it goes live. Your contract sets out the exact terms.

What if you disappear after I pay?

Scope and timeline are agreed in writing before we start, and the second 50% is due only after you approve the site. At launch we hand over account access and documentation.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the site with documentation so you can run it. If you'd like ongoing help, optional care plans cover monitoring, backups, updates and support.
